PartyStarter.com is an online party novelty supplier. We offer party supplies, dance floor giveaways, novelties for décor, and higher end party favorite rentals such as sticker machines and karaoke booths to name a few. Our site offers our customers an extensive on line catalogue that allows you the opportunity to search through a wide array of products which will light up your event and provide you with the theme and atmosphere you are seeking.
How do I order?
- Begin by clicking on a product category to access our product section, or click on a party event category to view items specifically geared for specific themes.
- Click on a subcategory in order to go to your own personalized order sheet.
- Order pages contain item descriptions and prices for each product. On the bottom of order pages contain similar items and you can access descriptions simply by clicking on the icons.
- Click on a ADD TO ORDER to send an item to your shopping cart.
- Customers can choose desired quantities before adding to order, or can modify quantities in your personalized shopping cart.
- Click on checkout.
What is a shopping cart?
All items you wish to order are initially sent to your personalized shopping cart. From your shopping cart you can remove items, modify quantities, and verify prices.
How do I confirm my order?
Items ordered appear in the Order On-line section of the shopping cart. You can modify desired quantities by using the update quantity button or you can remove items using the appropriate icon. To send an order, click on the checkout button and proceed by filling out the necessary forms. Your order is not officially received until you see the Order confirmation page and click the SUBMIT button. You then receive an invoice number which can be used as a reference to your order and as a means to track your packages from our site.
Can I pay with my credit card?
We accept MasterCard, Visa. Debit cards are not accepted. It is essential that when filling out your order forms, your billing address matches the billing address of your credit card in order to receive credit verification from your bank. Customers do however have the option to select a shipping address which differs from that of the billing address.
When will my card be charged?
Once you checkout and confirm your order Partystarter.com will immediately begin filling out your order. Your card is only charged once your shipment has left our door. Once we charge your card, you will receive an email confirmation with your invoice number notifying you that the charge successfully went through and that the order has been shipped.
Can I track my order?
After you place an order, PartyStarter.com will immediately send you an email confirming that we have received the order. Once the order is shipped, you will receive an additional email confirmation with your invoice number notifying you that the charge successfully went through and that the order has been shipped. Customers can then login to partystarter.com in order to check shipping status with their invoice number.
Do you offer imprinting and specialized items?
Partystarter.com also offers items in our product mix which can be imprinted with a personal message, name, etc… To order personalized items, customer must call customer service and speak to a sales representative. Minimum quantities and additional charges apply.
