We will not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. When you purchase items on our site, we obviously need your name, e-mail address, credit card billing details, shipping addresses, and telephone number so that we can process your order.

Orders
Following our receipt of your order and your receipt of our order confirmation, PartyStarter.com reserves the right at any time to decline your order. In the event that we do not have an item in stock, we will send your shipment without the "out-of-stock" item and try and contact you as soon as possible to discuss a replacement.

Payments
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal. When filling out your order form, please be sure to provide you exact credit card number, expiration date, and billing address on file at your card bank. Your credit card will only be charged for purchases when shipped.

Return policy
Items can be returned for any reason. Partystarter.com will exchange the item, issue a full refund or replace the item. In order to receive refund, exchange or replacement, customer must do the following:

• You must contact us within 14 days following your receipt of our order confirmation in order to receive a return authorization (RA) number for each item you wish to return. The RA number must be provided with each corresponding item return. This number is necessary in order to determine the correct amount to be credited to your credit card as well as to properly restock item.
• Customer must provide reason in writing (with return package or email). In the event that the item is a defect, please detail problem for quality control.
• You are responsible for all return shipping costs which are not a result of defect.
• All returned items that are not defects must be in "as new" condition with original packaging. Customer must ship returns with a courier company that provides a tracking number. PartyStarter.com recommends that customers insure shipments for its content value.

Pricing & information errors
In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a pricing information or technical error, PartyStarter.com reserves the right to cancel or refuse order placed for item listed at incorrect price.

Cross border customs and duty charges
Most items are shipped direct from our warehouse in Canada. International shipments may be subject to duties and/or fees which are determined by the appropriate government agency. Brokerage and duty fees are not included in the shipping total from your invoice and therefore additional charges may apply. Clients may choose a broker or use UPS to handle the brokerage fees.
